[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Online payment taken twice but no order placed | |||
Today 29th December 2014, I promised my kids a pizza party. I was at my office at Andheri East and placed an order online for pizzas to be delivered at my residence at Santacruz West and made payment vide Citibank card for Rs. 564 but the order was not placed in the kitchen, saying its a technical error. Then again I increased my order and placed again, and this time used net banking to pay Rs. 952. Generally after an order a call s received from Domino's, SV Road, Santacruz West confirming the order, but today i didn't get any call, After waiting for while by which time it was already 2:35 p.m. I called Santacruz Domino's to check about the order and the lady Pooja mentioned said no order was placed. They asked me to place fresh order with no online discounts and COD, after a couple of arguments they agreed to the discount and requested that the kids wont be able to pay and will pay by evening. Thereafter the order got delivered at 3:20 p.m. This is really bad, my kids had to remain hungry for longer...and this is not right. If your online system is not capable of servicing orders then please do not accept orders online... Also the money 564 + 952 should be refunded immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
