Hi Team, I did transaction via UPI to domino's from dominos website on 11 april 2021. Details below: Paid To: [protected]@Paytm AMount: ₹ 1567 Txn. ID : T2104111219272151387278 Txn. Status : Successful Debited From :XXXXXXXXXX67 ICICI Bank Bank Ref. No. : [protected] Message : Oid[protected][protected]@DominosPizza website showed a message that "transaction has been failed" and my order number has not been generated. when i called the store for asking about the order if they received, they denied for the same. please revert my amount to my account, as i received the mail from PhonePe-- BHIM UPI that dominos received the amount. Attached below PhonePE BHIM UPI MAIL, APP transaction Receipt, message which came on registered number. Apr 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved dominos people had not connected us till now. why complaint has been marked as resolved. i simply want my money back or the order of that money. please get back to us on
