Dotzot — complaining regarding delivery | |||||
I have bought datawind keyboard through datawind which courier is dotzot courier... Instead the day of delivery on 9/09/2017.. No one contacted me for delivery.. After some hour i got a message that i refused my delivery.. How come it happen without contacting a person they refuse by itself of delivery.. After they asked a reply back message if i want my delivery back within 24hours... I sent that message but no one respond till now.. Please deliver my parcel my tracking awb no[protected] and my reference no ccp8t2l2-1 please resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||

[protected].This is my tracking no.with DotZot courier service.The status has been updated as incorrect address.i cross checked the address and it is perfectly fine.In past 20years every courier service has been able to deliver with this address specification. Also I tried calling customer care number of times but no1 picks the call.
