Dr Aquaguard — They are not sending any service person from past 2.5 weeks

We raised complaint on 6th July for service, but till 20th July no one visited us. we are calling almost daily or day by day, raised high priority request too. but call center persons are not responding properly. we are asking to connect to high management, but for that too they will tel " manager not available, they will not be coming in these timings ". the same answer at any time of the day. else, they say please wait today by 5 or 6 pm service person will come to resolve. not this time, in last august we suffered same way for almost 1 month. now also they are repeating the same. In this tough period we are in a position to rely on some other person or service. these people are making us struggle daily, They will be quiet not answering for anything. only words they use " sorry mam, today they will come ", "we raise high priority request ", if asks high level manager, " he is not available " same answer at any time of the day. or else keeping quite not answering for the questions we asked, they simply say we are listening mam.
