Dr Aquaquard service prividers are cheats in Bangalore.

I purchased Dr Aquaguard water purifier with Eureka Forbes in Feb. 2017. I had to change the four filters after a year. Hence, I called them and they send one of the technicians named Pan([protected])to change it and the technician came and instead of changing four filters, he changed only two namely the Sediment filter and Carbon filter in April 2018. He did not change the membrane filter and the other filter. He charged 4210/- for the same (which was actually the price for changing all filters). I was not aware of these things earlier. Now on 17th July 2018 the Purifier started not working. I raised a complaint again; one technician with contact number [protected] came from Globle Enterprises came and informed that the membrane filter not working and will have to pay 2500/- for changing it. I got really pissed off as I was cheated by these people. I was not ready to pay that much amount again. I asked for the manager’s number and he gave the contact number of Mr. Ayan ([protected]). I called him and he assured that someone will come and do the needful. But even now none turned up. I tried calling him n number of times but no avail.
Then I raised a complaint again with the helpline number. Now someone from Eureka Forbes came directly and informed that they have removed the chip also for the two filters and they have not changed the other filter and the filters put in by the technician in April month is very cheap one may cost 200 each maximum. The original rate for the two changed filters are around 1300/- as he is the authorized person. Now I understand that I have been cheated by them. These LOCAL AQUAQUARD SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE CHEATERS. IF ANYONE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED AND BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. WE ARE NOT DRINKING PURIFIED WATED END OF THE DAY. IT’S JUST THE GARBAGE WATER AS IT IS.
AS I AM WRITING THIS NOW NONE TURNED UP SO FAR OR NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE.
