Madam/Sir, I started the treatment from Oct 15 at Pitampura, Delhi centre of Dr Batras’ Clinic (Dr Deepika Rana/Sweta Kohli) for my hair fall related problem. During Oct 15 there was only one patch in my head but during the treatment instead of improving the condition day by day become deteriorating, now there are ten patches on my head. Even the size of the patches are increasing. All the time when I asked the Doctor (Ms Sweta Kohli) about the worsening condition of my hair, she told me that she has changed the medicines. At pitampura, Delhi centre, there is no expert doctor. Only the junior doctors are there. It was very surprising that I was advised Allopathic medicines (Viz. Fallihair & Orofer-XT). When I asked that why these allopathic medicines, I was told that it is necessary. Further, there is very wrong system at Dr Batras’ clinic that one has to pay for one/two/three year fee in advance. I have to pay for one year i.e. Rs 14, 400/-. I don't want any further treatment from these people. I want my money back as about six month is still left. i have made payment for 15.07.15 and on second day i just came to know something wrong so just went to dr batras at ahmedabad. first of all they directally denied for refund and the language they use was pathetic.Dr Batra's Customer Care's response, Jun 3, 2016
