Dr Batra's — Due to lack of new hair

I have taken treatment for new hair from dr batra's jodhpur which was complete for 1 year but sir even after taking treatment no result nor new hair has come, I have paid full 45000 for this treatment and dr batra's products have been given separately, and now no satisfiy answer is being given to me by dr too, so sir please either refund my money or give hair treatment from gaurantee
