Hi..

I want to stop my treatment going on Batra's clinic Model Town Ghaziabad due to their fraud.

They were providing wrong medicines for wrong diseases I.e they were treating for skin disease and after treatment I’m facing skin allergy now.
When I consulted another doctors they suggest me to not use these medicines because you have no any such disease for what they are treating you.

When I realized this I went to their clinic and ask to stop my treatment and teturn my extra money paid because they taken whole year fee(27000) at beginning to give offer of 1000 off at same day payment.

But they were refused to return my money and said that you have to take these medicines for whole year(Even wrong medicines) this is in our term and condition that we will not return any money paid to us.
Then I said took your three month charge and return remaining money because
I registered here only three months ago and now I realized the fact of wrong treatment So I want to stop my treatment and return of money.

So please suggest me how to recover my money and stop fraud like this

I also sent email to [protected]@drbatras.com and uday thakur and Dr. Tushar. But none of them replied after 4 days gone. I need resolution as soon as possible.

This is not just matter of money it's the matter of Patient health. Which is truly compromising and no good doctor at all who can give the resolution.
So i need to return my money so that i can go for other doctor. I don't want allergy problem whole life. I'm sure you are not able to give any resolution as almost 5 months gone. now i suffering by Allergy which is addon given by you.
Return my money or I have no option except FIR and legal action against you.

I've written on above mention email multiple times. but still no update. and I need to return my money so that i can continue my treatment with other doctor. I can't keep the problem with me for whole life. however i have paid in advance to you. but now i don't want to at your branch as well. It would be my whole life worst experience. So kindly help me to return at least money. As you can't recover my allergy problem now your doctor not able to do that.
