I am associated with Dr. Batra's Homeopathy Clinic from 2016. But for past year, I paid Rs. 22, 000 for 1 year for 2 people. And then had put the plan on hold in consultation with the doctor.
And now, doctor and new receptionist are giving me tough time getting appointments. For past 3 months, they are saying doctor is busy, weekends are packed as if I am not a patient. They are just busy taking other patients/clients.
And my health issue was increasing, I asked for other branch (Gurgaon - Dt city Centre, Gurugram) help, they gave medicine for 1 month, then post that, i tried again to get appointment in my branch at Panchsheel, Delhi, they just gave me 1 month medicine, and post that, again the same trend started, No appointment.
They take extravagant fees and do not provide treatment. Just busy with new patients. And when I raise voice for this repeated dirty behavior, they say I talk wrong and do the voice recording.
No Brand creditworthiness left.
I have asked for refund, Doctor Priyanka, said I will do that, connect with the cashier Shyam. And now they are saying that is not possible.
Rs. 22, 000 is a cake wake for Indians to just waste on such Branded Clinics without any treatement.
