[Resolved] Dr Batra's — refund policies | |||
I don't want to continue the treatment as my problem has been sorted out, still the doctor forces me to take the one year course and pay the whole amount. They won't let me meet the doctor when i went last month and forcing me to buy their six month or annual package. Also, the staff members are rude. They treat us like we don't have money. Letting me know the refund policy is a simple thing, but they are trying to take me to the other end. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is to inform that my father Mr.K.V.Ramana Rao from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh was under treatment by Dr.Namrata for stomach gist.The treatment was started in the 1st week of April and we had paid an amount of rs 15000/-as advance for 1year.As my father passed away within two weeks of the commencement of the treatment, it could not be continued. I request for the amount to be refunded. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.

Hi ... I started the hair fall treatment this year...
It was a video consultation .
Agreed to start the treatment and paid rs18, 000 for availing the treatment.
I was sent the 1st month medcine and shampoo, oil (to be paid separately)by corrier and started following the tips.continued the same for 2nd month, didn't see any difference in hairfall .
As Iam working in shifts, I am not able to take the med on time or do the follow-ups after that.
I availed the treatment nly for 3 months.
But every month I get greetings message for visiting the clinic, whereas I never met the doctor in person or visited the clinic .
Could never visit the clinic due to lockdown and later being at native.
Called the clinic to discuss on initiating the refund process, everytime they said the concerned person is away and once back they will calle back ...bt never got a return cal
Then I checked with the doctor ... She is persuding me to continue the treatment and when I asked about the treatment, she said since I paid for 1 year, it's already feeded in the system and they can't change it and so it's not possible for them to refund.
It's of no use talking to the person in clinic or the doctor...
I took the treatment only for 3 months(3*1500=rs 4500). I don't want to continue the treatment.
Please initiate the refund process .

I started my son's treatment for his allergy from doctor batras clinic, now already 3 and half months over there is no improvement in his condition at all, his allergy have become more severe compared to his condition before starting the treatment. I was asked to do the payment for one year i.e Rs 13, 500, which is not a small amount. I am not at all satisfied with the treatment and don't want to take any risk for my child and want to discontinue with his treatment, so request to refund the amount.

I have cancllwd my treafment but they are not canclling in.. And dwducting emi a for free from account... I called many times to cancle it but no response. Theh have didvted 13000 which is not small. Amt i need help to get my money back please help
