[Resolved]  Dr Batra's — refund policies

This is to inform you that i am taking treatment i m suffering from arthritis. I had purchased complete one year course my patient of inr11500. I am not satisfied with the treatment that are offering in dr batras. So please issue me the refund i had mailed also in your feedback but no response pleases note according to the consumer rights the hospital cannot force to take treatment

I shared my patient ID awaited your call and some Dr. Shah said she will call me in 2 days. Three weeks passed no call. And now I see that my complaint is in the resolved section. I again posted my complaint but no response. Are you fooling people like us? Give me my money. I suffered allergic reaction because of your treatment, I need to ask a compensation but I am only asking my money refund. I expect a reply.
Once again posting my patient ID.
