[Resolved]  Dr Batra's — Time extension

We take annual pakage form gzb branch for family (4 members ) we keep communicating regarding this. They just orally saying yes they will do so.. but now they are not giving any written assurance.when we last visit to the clinic they said they can't help it this is not in their hands to give us time extention, but I don't understand their intention. .. their intention is not to serve honestly but to sell their package, but please resolve this because we have hard earned money this is not at all to wast, or they can't keep it for free, so please do some thing to resolve this matter, if we paid for something and we can't able to take the medice at that period of time that too we keep informing to them (clinic gzb) that we need some time extention, that time they except our request and give us medicine for 1mounth, but not giving any written assurance.
Please give us time extention for the package we have taken for our family, so that we can continue our treatment from you.

This to inform you that I received a call from Dr. Batras by some Mr. Monu...that they have given me time extention of 6 month's ... I said I have paid you for 1year then how come I agree for 6 month renewal, he was so badly spoken that this what only we can give. .. if you want .. Sir, I just want to tell you how this started..we gone to Dr. Batras for my son medicine, when we were there waiting for our no.. there marketing person Rupinder

Sorry that post was not complete. ..so in continuing to that I want to tell you that we were talking to Rupinder about general health issues, then Rupinder said I suggest you all to take treatment from batras, you start with one year pack and then continue. .if you like, we agree to her and we take that package she asked for, but as we have given the medicines for first batch we can't make any difference much but I got lots of acne or pimples on my face and my hair is falling even more (it was not falling that much before)after taking the medicine which is to clear the skin and hair growth. .. then about my husband he is taking medicine for skin problem and migraine nothing happens in first dose in second dose its getting worse after taking the medicine, he started get red spots when we burst them there is water in it and it's very pain full then we talk to Rupinder ( marketing person )their and we said we will not take this medicine any more ... and we stop taking medicine and we want rest of our money back .. ...she said she will let us meet with another doctor. . when again we went to dr.Batras, Rupinder was not their and they said that she is on leave ...it's been 4months we were not taking any medicine because of wrong treatment, and every thing was on hold, then we talk to the Dr. Jaswant and he said to start the treatment again, we said it's OK you then give time extention for these 4 months that we already paid for without taking any treatment, he said he will talk about this to the head office and let you know. . That's it till day we are not getting any resolution to this.
And the marketing person monu now, doesn't know how to talk to patients, monu is so rude to us, and start selling his one more pack to us saying that if we will take tjis pack he will give some months as composition to us, total marketing, is talking the way he is giving something to us for free ... please we paid lots of hard money so please tell Mr. Monu about this just we paid before the treatment that's why we are here. .. and listening to him.(he said that we are giving you 6months extention, and that's for all. )
please give justice to this and give us 12months of treatment though we paid for it in advance.

Sir I'm not getting any reply from your side,
Can you tell me please why I don't get any reply on this, I paid for the treatment and if you don't want to give treatment then return my money, it's lots of money for me which I have given to you and you are not responding, because you take money before treatment, and we have to run after to take the treatment or money back.we don't want to take treatment from this (Ghaziabad) centre. We will go to some other center for treatment so please we are waiting for renewal...so we can restart the treatment, Im waiting for your reply ...positively

I didn't not found any change in my white patches instead they have increased after joining your clinic... I want to know about this treatment and afford if doctors. I am taking this treatment from past 2 years and 7 months months but there is no change in my patches. Before joining the clinic there were tiny compare to current patches
