I have booked one BHK flat at dreamz gk, they have promised me that if you pay full payment you will get discount on price and 1% interest but i have got the discount but i have not received the interest single time, whenever i call there will not be any response and always says will get back to you after speaking with management,

My question is how can made the agreement saying you will pay interest 1 % per month without any discussion with management, and later says we need to get the permission from management,

Now hope this will help query else i need to file legal action against them...

We hope you have not got your flat or even your flat has not started for construction, if you validate your flats are not started for construction, please get back your money by cancelling.

Please follow the

1) Go to the commissioner office and Lodge the complaint against the Dreamz head(Disha, Lokesh, Amaranth, Iqbal, Vijay or any Top Level Person)

2) They will give the cheque, however it will dishonour.

3) Don't go to Dreamz Office, they wont behave properly.

4) don't delay for the days(within 30 days) once your cheque is bounced, you need to send a legal notice to file for under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 send it thru Speed Post or Registered post, keep the proof for tha same.

5) .File a case within 15 days and you will get your money back in 3 months

Am still running behind my money from past 6 months

i still couldnot recover my money dont know what to do. cheques bounce and i keep calling them 100 times daily. dont know what to do.thinking of lodging a FIR based on cheque bounce records i have.
