I have been using drink prime since 2 years. Considering that it was a viable option for me I stuck with the service even after numerous problems i faced starting from device maintenance, machine problem, etc etc etc and the list goes on. Keeping all aside, recently I shifted cities and drink has a relocation policy that they will take my machine and will reinstall it at new location. After N number of phone calls the device was finally taken. Upon reaching my new location, starting from raising tickets to emails to phone calls i have done everything to get my device back. The team has been simply ignorant to my needs. They will be the first ones to call if you are a new customer, but now that i am in a new city and I am having to buy water since a week because this glorious service does not care for existing customers even after numerous emails and word of mouth guarantee that machine will arrive soon. The best part is I get a daily reminder to pay for the monthly service wherein i dont even have their device.
