However, their service was very good.Some points to be noted based on my experience:

1) Ask for empty boxes few days in advance and fill all small items on your own.

2) Arrange all household goods and prepare a list of items.

3) Mark all boxes with numbers for easy reference.

4) This not only saves times, it allows you to focus on getting costly items packed as per your requirement, when the packing team arrives.

5) We did this per-work and on the day of the packing, worked with the packing team to get items packed as strongly as possible.

6) Do offer snacks, tea, tips etc, goes along way in getting good service.

We got the goods in 7 days time with minimal issues and no damage. All unpacking was done properly and as per requirement. Service was good and most of all we got our goods in the same condition as we had packed

Initially, I was worried but once they came and started packing the stuff, I was rest assured that the furniture and everything else will be absolutely safe. They got a lot of cartons, soft cloth sheets, plastic etc as packing material. The way they packed everything, there was no chance of anything getting damaged.

DSL Express Packers I moved my household stuff and a my car from Mumbai, To Delhi I read a lot of reviews for packers and movers companies. Found DSL Express Packers & Movers and 1 other company had most good things about them, finally selected DSL Express Packers & Movers .On the packing day they picked up the goods and got everything ready right away and they delivered the goods pretty quick also tried to rearrange and unpack everything as much as they could. The crew members were fine, they were nice and they were on-time. They called before they were going to get to the destination In Mumbai, Also they gave us the Insurance copy the next day of packing and did not over-charge us anything no hidden charges as such, so they were very good.

All of the packing services were good, I don't know how the furniture got banged up a little bit though, because they did a good job with the packing, complete packing was done right in front of me . Still as of now they have promised us to get things fixed . If I were to recommend them I would say that everything is good, the guys were polite, they did pack everything, they were on-time and they call you before they show up and give you enough time to be home if you're not at home. I just wanted the move to be smooth . As far as my experience you can handover your goods to them to get it delivered on-time . Best Moving And Packing Magarpatta City To Bangalore Good Unpacking

I had to shift from Pune to Nagpur. One of their employee quoted a price for which we agreed. Then while packing they hired prices by Rs.4000. Their employee agreed for dismantel and again fixing up the bed and wardrobe, once the stuff came to Nagpur the charges were charged extra for the same. My belongings came 2 days late. I would say they have pathetic services and people don't stand on their words.

Too many players in the market with too many variations in price and service. Some were rude, some were not professional and the big players were damn expensive, so I was looking for some other DSL Express Packers & Movers Company.

Then my friend recommend to try DSL Express packers & movers as he had hired them earlier and my friend was satisfied with there work . No. [protected]) and filled and online quotation form and after some time I had got a call from them and they had provided me the quotation. There quotation amount was medium. I was little bit worried. There packing was very good in Bangalore. They use very goods packing material and dispatch my goods in a seperate close container and finally I received my stuff on given time without any damage.

They unloaded and brought the items to my flat. They did all the unpacking except for a few cartons of clothes and books which we wanted to do personally. All the items were in good order. They also did fitting of my bed and tables. Put a couple of scratches while fitting the bed. Everything was completed by 6.30 PM. All in all, I would say a pretty satisfying experience. But it was mostly tension-free experience for me

Looking for DSL Express packers & movers etc.all packers & movers, trnsporter, service providers, manufacturers, furniture manufacturers are not 100% in todays world. I am 15 yrs in service industry but not a single co' comes up with a clean immage on garanted tension free Best services.

Apart from this so many factors like cunning customers asking for(low cost services), uneducated grade 4 labour / helper, truck drivers, bad roads, traffic.etc are the major hurddles.

My experience is that those who are in IT or else.should only go for minimum useful things for relocation and should purchase other few items like furniture etc from that perticuler city were you are relocating & after you finish your terms .sell them there till you settled in your permenent place.this will minimise your worries and hassel.

Recently I relocated from Mumbai To Bangalore . Following were the things that was transported:

Automatic washing machine

A double door fridge

2 Godrej iron Almera

4 seater sofa

Center table with glass top

Double bed with box

Sofa cum bed

39 inches LCD TV with stand

A wooden almirah

Kitchen rack, gas cylinder, micro oven, stand and another kitchen utensils and other small items.

Some boxes of clothes, shoes etc.(total 29 items including boxes)

I was searching for some reliable movers and packers than my friend introduced me to DSL Express Packers & Movers. I went to their website and was asked to fill the details online, I did that and I got a call from relocation manager who answered my each and every queries and with in no time I had quotes from them. Mover I choose also came on time on moving day packed everything well and on destination everything was unpacked and arranged neatly at proper places.

For the whole stuff, they had asked for 39, 000/- but came down to 35000/+ taxes and insurance-(i had talked to other companies also, some of them were charging less than this amount but none of them looked as professional as them, so we settled with the brand).

They came on the day we asked them to come to pack the things and they delivered on the exact date and time that we wanted.

Initially, I was worried after reading some negative reviews for other packers & movers company but once they came and started packing the stuff, I was rest assured that the furniture and everything else will be absolutely safe.

They got a lot of cartons, soft cloth sheets, plastic etc as packing material. The way they packed everything, there was no chance of anything getting damaged.

There manager gave me a call after the move was done asking for my feedback which I was more than glad to provide.

Worst service, I haven't seen this type of service anywhere. I have shifted my household from pune - bangalore from DSL. I have selected this after find lots of positive comment from net only but really unsatisfied with this company.
They have not packed my goods even something they have not packed also and when I received my goods in Bangalore then lots of things have damaged (all the things which not packed have either damaged or broken. I got my son cycle in 2 piece) and they have missed my 2 boxes also.
When I told them for recovery of this then they have not responding. I have called hundreds of times but either they not pick the call or cut my call.
They have done the false commitment. Initially they told me to pay 80% amount as advance and remaining 20% after unpacking and check the things but I surprised when the guys come with my goods he ask to pay the remaining amount before unloading otherwise he was not ready to unload the things.
Initially they told me that there office in Bangalore also but there is no office in Bangalore. They have taken my goods from Pune and send via another one.
Never trust on this company. Monu Sharma ([protected]), Amarjeet Sharma([protected]) all guys are given false commitment only.
Please beware to hire this company they have not believe to maintain a good relationship with there customer.

I have moved from Pune - Indore recently. I hired DSL packers & movers after seeing so many positive responses in mouthshut only(mostly put by these guys only) but this was my very big mistake.

Initially they are talking very politely and agreed for each things like packing will be attractive, no damaged(if any damaged then either they will pay for the same or will help to claim the same), no full payment(60% at the time of packing and remaining 40% after unpacking).

But after packing(third class packing I never seen this type of packing anywhere) and loading they want 80% amount in advance that I have given.Real drama happen when my luggage come in Indore. Initially they told me that they will transport it but they have juct pick my items from pune and given to another one and when person come with my luggage he demand remaining amount before unloading without that he was not agreed to unload. I told that I will pay after check my items then he told that if you found any damage then talk to DSL because DSL guys told them to take your money before unloading. I called to DSL guy Mr. Amarjeet and told him the same and surprised he told me that you will have to pay the amount before unloading and cut my phone. I tried to call him again so many times but he not picked my phone and finally I have to pay him the remaining amount and then they unload my items. I found many of my items were damaged due to not proper pack(mainly all my glass items like crockery, frames have been either broke or damaged). 4 of my boxes also missed.

I told DSL guys about this damaged and missed boxes but now they are misbehaving and not giving proper response even they are not picking my phone also. They told me do whatever you want we can’t do anything. They are not ready to pay me for my damage also.

I never saw this type of service anywhere. Please do not go with DSL packers & Movers otherwise you will also feel the same.

Worst Service. Only co-operate with you till u will not pay money. Once receive the money behaviour got changed.

Worst Service. They took quoted 9000 and after reaching they increased it to 15000 for shifting from pune to bangalore for the following items:
(1) an executive chair
(2) a small telephone table
(3) a guitar
(4) a bed and mattress
(5) a fridge ( single door )
(6) a washing machine top load (5 Kgs capacity)
(7) a writing board
(8) a box full of kitchen items
(9) dish antenna

after they packed everything they added some service taxes, other charges which accumulated to 22000 INR

i reached bangalore and asked them to keep the items in warehouse for three weeks which added up another payment of 3500 INR.

After paying the money they shifted everything to bangalore from pune through some "Jaya packers and movers". The pictures shown in their website is all fake. There are no Scania trucks used to ship the goods and i had my receiver for dish antenna bended.

Later, when the goods arrived. I did not receive the stand for my writing board and i did not get the bed delivered. Now i sleep on the floor. They got me the front two legs and rear two legs of my bed which they dismantled and the rest of the connecting rods were missing. when i called the person, he said he has it in his store and please sign the bill.

I signed the bill stating that i did not receive the parts for bed or the white board.


I tried calling the person and he wont pick calls. Later he said he will pay the money. a week later some other person picked up and said the owner left for gurgaon and will be back with his family. After he came back as it appeared, he said after learing goods he will get it shipped for me by also asking if my friend is willing to relocate from pune to bangalore which was totally out of context.

I'am going to get help from law and sue them for the stress i got for sleeping on floor and false assurances provided which made me expect for my package to arrive without a problem.


These packers and movers just hold a bank account and rest they show in website is all fake and service is worst.

Took all money in advance.

Didn't unloaded my goods, my goods were lying on road. I've to arrange people to delivered it my home.(paid them 3900)

All the boxes were damaged. No insurance claim provided, even though I paid for insurance of 5600.

I called them 100 times, and only reply came that we given driver all the money. he should unload. How a single man can unload truck load of boxes?

Even they didn't refund my money spend for unloading. Total unprofessional and cheat.
