DTC bus service — Allow DS buses from flyover

Daily I utilise the service of DS bus service of DTC. But since the time DTC has brought a new rule to not allow even the DS buses from flyover is not serving its purpose of running DS buses. I work in a government sector and daily I am reaching the office late. What is the purpose of running DS service bus when its not serving its purpose. Is the only criteria of running DS buses is to make its passengers reach late to their office. Kindly start allowing atleast DS buses from flyovers.
