DTDC — Courier not received at my home town | |||||
Sir / madam, As i have booked my courier from dtdc on 03.06.2016 from nagaon, assam to my home town, west bengal, but till date my home members did not received at my home town, and when i have gone to check the status on 27.06.2016 at dtdc branch on nagaon assam, they are saying that they have delivered, but the facts is that they have not delivery the goods, but kept at their office, and when i asked to show the acknowledgement slip, they are ignoring. As dtdc is a reputed courier service, but when the staff does not think about the value of time, so this company will be vanished as nokia. Please take initiative steps or otherwise i have more option where to complaint about the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
