Sir, i have send an important papers from bangalore to ernakulam on 20 apr 15 at 1030a.Am. Vide consignment no. V21383474. I am sorry to say that item could not reached in time instead on 22 apr at 0315 p.M.. I lost the job for which the paper was despacthed by paying rs. 175/-. Can authority may look into the matter?
