Shipment V63396972 not yet delivered. Service is sooo pathetic and not even responding to the customers. Customer Care service is really pathetic. It has opted for speed post delivery but shipment is not yet delivered. No response from the Head office team from VIjayawada. They charged 350 rupees for speed post delivery.
