I have booked a flight ticket on 18th march from Raipur to Hyderabad for 19th April with PNR - "MUZYPE" . After completing the payment transaction it showed an message that the payment has been failed and try again. If your funds has been deducted it will be refunded in 7 working days. By looking at the message i have re-initiated the payment and second time it was successful. But later i got emails with two tickets. Now when i reach EASEMYTRIP the coustomer care team is asking me to deal with airlines. or they are simply advising to cancel one ticket. They are not even bothered to take responsibility of inconvenience caused to coustomer. The Issue resolving services are too BAD. They should take the responsibility of their mistake.
