This is regarding Bus cancellation Refund for Bus Booking ID EMT89525088. Since operator cancelled the bus, i had to cancel my booking. But full refund not issued till today, even after 3 months. Each time i am getting false assurance from your Twitter team. Kindly check and do the needful.
