Dear sir, we have booked our flights from blr to ccu and back.

Our references are: 1. Emt69448227, 2. Emt69456953, 3. Emt69457202,

Please note our booking is insured for free cancellation.

However when we want to cancel the tickets, we found that cancellation charges are applied. Why easemy trip is cheating us.

We need to cancel the above booking. Kindly process the booking with full refund.
