I cancelled a flight booking on the 27th january, 2020. I spoke to the executives of both vistara and easemytrip.
I received a confirmation on the refund and was promised the same in 5-7 days.
I kept calling them after 10 days to check on the refund but nothing positive came.
I emailed them regarding the same and now they want me to get in touch with the airline to resolve this problem.
Being a third party, it’s easemytrip’s responsibility to refund because the email i got was from them.
I don’t understand why i should talk to vistara again and again to get my refund. I have already called vistara thrice and they always say the same thing that refund is initiated only easemytrip is stopping it.
Please help me with the same.
I am just a student in need of the money.
