Last year I booked flight tickets with AirIndia (EMT81864794 / PNR: YH9XW, from Agartala to Delhi on 22may-21), but due to covid AirIndia declared open pnr
and offered us that we can reschedule within next one year and avoided travel at that time. Also received a mail from EaseMytrip for the same.
This year, in Feb-2022, I requested to reschedule this open pnr ticket and came to know from EaseMyTrip that tickets are cancelled by airline and
furthter rescheduling is not possible and I was asked to cancel only. When I cancelled those tickets, all most the whole amount deducted as cancellation charge.
I tried to contact to Airline and came to know that Easemytrip placed a request to cancel those tickets in December-2021 and also got refunded
from Airline at the same time. Then I tired to contact EaseMyTrip again several times, they denied initailly but finally accepted that they placed
cancellation request in December-21 without my concern and refunded. I have recording of that discussion.
It's a completely inappropriate step taken by Easemytrip, deducted charges from my end and harrased me.
So request you to kindly the necesary steps and help me to get the full refund. Was this information helpful? |
