I had booked a trip on 11 november 2020 from raipur to delhi 14:50 -16:50 (Booking id: emt66050678, airline pnr : cey79s). Due to some techinal problem in flight so indigo msg me we regret to inform you that due to operational reasons, your itinerary booked under pnrcey79s has been revised.
The revised itinerary is now 6e-2512, on 15 mar, rpr-del,[protected].
We request you to accept, choose an alternate flight or cancel at no charge
I prove that but i had to cancel the ticket to direct indigo airline and he full refund amount is 6198₹ then i call airline customer care so he say me - your refudn is already done. But i haven’t received any amount then i call easy mt trip customer care then i talk to him - and he canceled my ticket but refund only 198₹ of (6000₹) he didn’t return me when indigo airline full amount return 6198₹ so why are you return only 198₹ its been almost a month that i have not received. How can i opt your platform for my future trips and how can i suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest.
I am eagerly waiting for my resolution at the earliest.
