One of my flights for Dec 26 booked through Easemytrip was cancelled. The airline provided a full refund, and did not deduct the cancellation fees as the flight was cancelled by them. I have proofs for the same. However, Easymytrip deducted the cancellation fee and made a partial refund.
Which certainly means that the remaining amount is with Easmytrip. I have contacted them at least 50 times through Whatsapp, Customer care phone and email and even through Twitter. Every time, I receive the same response, "Please allow us some time to check."
