My upcoming flight is cancelled by the airline due to operational issues and full refund was given. However EaseMyTrip.com didn't refund me the convenience fee of Rs 300 paid at the time of booking.

After lodging this complaint EMT customer representative replied me on 21.02.22 that they had already processed the refund of ₹300 (convenience fee) to the original mode of payment and it will be credited within 5-7 days.
