I had booked Air Vistara via Ease MY Trip from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 6th April 2020 for myself and my wife Anuradha Puri. PNR : P6ALVV
Due to Govt Announced Lockdown, flight was cancelled.
While I have received MUM-IXC refund on Indigo ( also through EaseMyTrip), I have not received the Vistara Refund even though Vistara Customer Care has confirmed on 16 Nov that they have paid you.
You are requested to kindly refund my amount immediately.
