I have shared the message of deducted amount, i have shared the audio conversation between myself and bank executive, both proofs that payment dedicated and i have paid to ease my trip, payment not made to any other gateway. Payment done on 07 may 2018.
I have booked tickets from bhubaneswar to kolkata, payment done but tickets not received, details given below:-

Time 6:15 pm

Aditi bajpai
Paid through hdfc credit card ending with 6025 and received below message from bank
(Dear hdfc bank cardmember, your transaction for rs.6420.00 at ease my trip new delhi ind is converted to emi for 009mths @ 14.00% p. A. With pf rs.0.00 on[protected].. Emi amt is exclusive of gst.)

I want complete details regarding this transaction urgently. Why you have taken payment but tickets not shared yet?
In attached message from bank it's clearly mentioned that payment done to ease my trip only.
