I tried to book ticket and rs 6791 was debited from my icici bank account. My bank as well as upi has confirmed it's a successful transaction but [protected]@hdfcbank is saying it's a failed transaction. When i am asking for statement or account number they are not able to provide the same. My bank cannot raise a complain until unless they give the account number. They are neither sharing their statement or bank account number neither are they refunding the amount. I think i have lost my rs 6791.
