I ashok goyal advocate, had booked flight tickets to and fro to mumbai with pnr wmpcja indigo 6e flight for date 21st march and return on 29th march for rs. 19269 through easemytrip. Booking id is 69419294.
The flight got cancelled by the airlines, but i had rescheduled the tickets on 19th march, for travelling in april, the tickets cost me rs 15309/- but this one also got cancelled.
So indigo, has refunded the difference amount of rs 3960/- to your agency and for rest of the amount they created a credit shell. That is for rs 15309/-
But now your agency is only refunding me amount rs2160/- and rest they are charging it for service charges for cancellation.
They ate up my rs1800/- just like that?
Where is the customer at fault here if the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself?!
I am never ever going to use their agency for any of my future bookings. My money is not free.
In this situation of crisis when even the airlines have refunded all of the money and waived off all the charges, your company is looting people through baseless charges?
I will even seek the court of law for justice for causing me mental trauma.
I have been following easemytrip for same purpose since more than a month but their replies are always absurd.
I want my whole money back that is rs3960/-
