[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — ticket cancelled due to covid 19 & irctc already refunded to agent account

I booked train ticked throug easemytrip as a guest user. I used rajivkumar74578 @ gmail.com this email id while booking. & my contact email is ansh. [protected]@gmail.com ticket booked and i got mail pnr no. Is [protected]. And booking id is emt72492489. & i am checking on easemytrip it shows reference id does not match with email id. Totally fraud. My ticket was cancelled on 15th april 2020 and today is 7th may 2020. While irctc says that they refunded money on 16th april 2020. Total 21 days completed and 22nd day is in running but till now my money is not refunded in my bank account. And nothing satisfied response from this company. Always they are lying down for so long. I am fully harrash by this service or response. You can find attachment and see that on 1st may they told that money processed on 30thapril and now they are telling that account is in recounsilling. While irtct refund my money on 16th april. Always they are telling different sentence and till now my money is not refunded. While i emailed too many time to company but they did not share transaction detail of refund. Please help me
