[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — ticket rescheduling/cancellation

As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip completely denied to waive off any charges.

Airlines asked me to connect with easemytrip for free reschedule/cancellation as i have booked from emt.

There are also 300 per ticket non refundable charge by easemytrip.

I have already tried to contact easemytrip. No proper response. Ticket was cancelled already. I contacted indigo and waiting for the full amount to be refund. Can't place a call. Pls do the needful. I request you to do the needful. And he'll me to get back the amount.
