Amount : 6074 rs each
Cancellation date : 04/03/2016
Cancellation sectors : both sectors both passenger
Cancellation time : 21:38
I had made a cancellation as per the stated fact over a telephonic call to your call center.. When we received the refund email it clearly stated that the refund initiated was for 747 rs..
Even after constant follow up with the team about my issue, i dont get a response.. My calls are disconnected or the executive is unable to give me an answer. As per my telecon today, your executive shivani has agreed to listen to my conversation and then also i have to call back and ask about the result, whereas courtesy sake atleast there should be call initiated to close this case.
Its a march case and we are now sitting in june.. There is no response..
I would like all the concerned people and department to go through my case and refund me the pending amount..
I am hereby attaching proofs of the mails..
