Abnormal delay of train to reach Howrah station on 23.11.2013 due to cyclone in Andhra Pradesh. The original TDR No: 27444 was submitted to CCM (refunds) Kolkata-1 on 09.12.2013 and the acknowledgement card has been received. Since there was no response, a reminder was sent on 06.02.2014 and the acknowledgement card has been received on 17.02.2014. As there is an amount of nearly Rs. 6, 000/- to be refunded and it is being a huge amount, I am left with no alternative but to take of this issue with your kind self for necessary needful action.
