First complaint about the incident was sent on 23rd June only your email ID of submitting complaint for Easy Day isn't working "feedback.[protected]@futureretail.com", hence i am submitting it here.
I am writing this to submit a complaint for Easy Day -Kirti Nagar Store (110015) for not following COVID protocols. I visited the store on 23 June at around 3 PM to buy some stuff and the moment I entered- in the first instance I saw two yout boys who work at the store were not covering their face properly (one with fair complexion and other one was wearing black and white lining top). In the second instance a lady who was coming from inside the store where fridge are kept was holding her mask in her hand instead of wearing it (same cane be validated via CCT camera)
I took notice and asked the madan at standing at the counter why is this happening since she is not the manager she didn't respond and then I asked for the manager to give him the feedback.
After hearing my feedback/complaint, shockingly manager of the store ( I forgot his name) said he can't do anything and also said I have asked them (store employees) many a times to wear the mask properly and follow the the rules but they don't listen to me and I can't take any action against them.
If this is the attitude of the manager then we can't expect team to follow the rules. Every managers responsibility is to make sure his/her team follows the rules and regulations laid by the organization and by the government, even if it requires taking strict action against the individual to set the example.
We can't let society suffer because of the negligence of few people, I request Easy Day Team/Management to take notice of this and take necessary action.
