Easy Day — customer executives are not responding

I want to bring in your notice that your customer executives are fooling us in the name of services.
They came to my home in patna as new branch was opening in ashinana nagar for a membership and they said that you can order from home and we will give home delivery but today when i ordered my grocery items through phone they did not send me the items.
I ordered at 11a. M now it's more then 10hr but they didn't delivering the products.
Are you guys cheating us by saying this things that your product will be delivered at your home just in a single call?
And the person who came to our home with this scheme once recieved the call and after that he is not picking up the call.
