Easy Day — did not attend the customer during store opening hours

I visited at the easyday store Katwaria Sarai New Delhi at 9.25 P.M. but i found that billing counter at closed at that time but according to the website store should open till 11.00 P.M. I requested to the the Store Person named Sourabh but he did not open the store. I am a regular customer of easy day i have easyday wallet amount and that amount is expired on today which should be refund to me. I am a working person so i don't have time on day time after my office i visited the store but i got a poor response. I called to the customer care and tell all about this thing but the customer care person also did not give any response and disconnected my call.
