Easy Day — misbehave by easy day employee

2 months ago i have done transactions of more than 5000 and representative at store promised me for a duffle bag. Till then i have visited store many times but have not received my bag. Any ways this was never an issue.
Today after my billing i have reminded representatives about the bag in very friendly way, and cashier informed me that you have to collect it tomorrow, i humbly protested that it has been 2 months and my residence is 15 k. M. From the store so it will be great if you inform me exact day and time.
Then mr. Rahul shukla (Asked someone his name later on as he was without uniform and without name plate) suddenly came and said "humare pas bahut customers hai ek hi customer nahi hai" i protested that sir, every customer is important and infact i am your member also and regular customer from long time so dont behave like this. Then mr. Shukla responded that "humare pas 3000 members hai, 1 member nahi hai" i said sir, stores bhi kafi hai and i can purchase these things from any where. Then mr shukla said haaan theek hai, bahut members hai humare.

I felt deeply insulted by a store and by a brand from which i am attached from last 10 years, when i was an student and used to purchase things from noida botanical garden store.

I request you to take strict action against such rude and manner less people. Your cashier was humble and respectfully done all the billings and his job, but this guy mr. Rahul shukla is totally manner less and dont deserve to be linked with such brand.
