Easy Day — not getting monthly cashback on membership card

I had renewed my easy day club membership on 15th july from dwarka sector 7 (Delhi) store as i was told that my membership have expired. My new membership card number is[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].

But i have not received fbb voucher of rs 200. I didn't get any coupon code in welcome message or after that. I am also not receiving monthly cashback of rs 100 which was promised to me. I should have got it in first week of august like other customers.

Store manager and customer care executive are not able to help me. They are just sending me to each other.

I request you to solve the issue or refund my membership card fee of rs 999.
