Easy Day — staff misbehaved

Compare to other Easyday stores I used to visit, this one is way different in terms of hospitality and behavior towards customer, don't know if Easy-day now started recruiting such ill-mannered staff who does not know how to behave. Today the person in cash counter has roughly misbehaved with my father who is also a senior citizen on a matter of returning change for the amount billed. Here the cash counter is having persons very rude and seems were brought up straightly from any backward villages.

Next time would have to think twice to enter such store and may be need to escape to other more sophisticated stores in town which employ well mannered professional staff.

Though, Easy day provides the best shopping experience inside unless when its staff is ready to spoils everything from customer experience to its branding..
