Eazy2Pay — Transaction failed but amount debited to andhra bankcredit card

Dear Sir I have paid my daughters life insurance premium on policy number[protected] which is with LIC of India. I have tried to pay the premium through LIC's own APP which ended up as a filed transaction, but an amount of Rs 2522.80 has been debited to my andhra bank credit card ending with last four digits 7005 on 01.10.2015 @19:54:05 hrs.The payment gateway is IDBI bank I have also received a mail from Eazy2pay that the transaction is failed. The failed transaction details are furnished below.
