I am really very disappointed now I purchased xony xperia L mobile phone online from ebay.in on 26 aug 2014 for Rs. 9440/- and it was delivered on 28 aug 2014. I received Defective Products Then i raised claim against seller Claim Id-627428, After two day i got a call from ebay claim department they told me reship the products to ebay seller address, then i send back the product to the ebay seller address, yesterday i contacted logistic team they told me mr feroz khan refused the delivery, i don't Know why he refused the delivery because mr feroz khan is lying to ebay they do not want to agri to return back the products. so that they refused in delivery.ebay india who frauded me ... No Response From eBay Team. When i call customer care every time they says Guarantee Claim Team will call within 48 Hours. But Nobody Call me. i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me.i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above and. I want my full money back along with compensation for the holding amount interset that I had to make and time wasted on this issue...I will go to consumer court also move to harassment issue also. thanks Nitesh Kuma

I purchased xony xperia L mobile phone. on 28 aug 2014. I received Defective Products Then i raised claim against seller Claim Id-627428, After two day i got a call from ebay claim department they told me reship the products to seller address, ebay india who frauded me ... you told me to return the product and we will refund the money ASAP and told me, then I had send back the Products on 30 Aug2014 through trackon courier[protected], seller refused to accept the return products again i got a call from ebay claim department they told me again reship the products to the seller address again i had send back the product to seller address through dtdc courier-Z32704308 on 15 sep 2014, i am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak.This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that Very bad experience from eBay.No Response From eBay Team. i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me.i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above and. I want my full money with all shipping charge.i had already recorded all call conversation received from ebay claim department tomorrow i am going to consumer court file a harassment case against ebay india regarding all proofs how you cheat with me.I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this. In grief and mental stress ebayindia is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good. this is now move to harassment issue also..
