ecs — Kotak Bank - Unprofessional Attitude

This is bring to your notice that i have opened my current account with kotak Bank, Thakur complex, Kandivali East Branch around 12th July 2014.Mr. Muniraju has opened my current account, who is presently working at Kandivali west, SV road branch. Muniraju explained me about the interest facility as if i keep the money in my current account then aftr 75k whatever amount will be available in my account i will get the interest on it. This benefit was really attracting as i was not getting such facility with ICICI Bank. Around Dec 2014, I contacted Muniraju as i did not receive the interest amount then he said you will receive it end of the financial year. In the month of April 2015 when i tried calling him then he stopped answering my call and when call him from another number then giving me excuses as busy in appraisal and will come to meet me soon but he dint come to meet me. After that I visited Branch and contacted Mr. Dennis Fernandes and he has understand my concern and immediatedly contacted Muni Raju and his boss. Muniraju told him that he had opted this interest facility in my form after that Dennis book the complain 1-[protected] and assured me that he has asked for the scan copy of the document which will come to him after 72 hours.i did follow up with him around 15 days but he did not respond me properly. After that i again visited to Branch office on 30th April 2015 and meet up with Branch Manager(Female) and Denish. In front of the Lady Branch Manager Denish said that Muni raju had told that he had opted this interest facility but in actual it is missing in the form. Branch Manager provide me the solution like i should forget about this past interest amount however she can regularise this facility from may 2015 onwards. When i said why should i suffer when it is not my mistake and Muniraju has accpeted that he had opted this facility and its missing in the form it means because of your representative’s mistake for which I have to bare the loss. She said we cannot go with verbal communication and you should read the form before sigining the form. Then i said your representative only take the signature from the customers and fill up all the details by own and if as branch manager you are not aware than you need to cross check with your representatives. In short after knowing the Muniraju’s mistake inspite of taking action against him, she told me clearly that u will not get interest amount and if you are not happy with us than you can close your account and hand over me the closure form. This is highly unprofessional approach of the branch manager. Kindly provide the solution to me.
