I have recd a call from this companies exe for the promotional offer of deal for the day. In that deal there are 4 special offers like lenova yoga tab, holidey vouchers, led tv or smart phone will be given free if i book the deal for the day.
I booked a trimmer with one hanbag for the same and insisted them for the offer of led tv. But to my surprise after 3 days they called me for the verification and told me that the holiday vouchers will be provided, after lot of discussion i agrred upon the same. They deliever the courier in thane with professional courier and that also i have to collect it for their office, it was not delievered to my residence, i was expecting good product, but shockingly a very substandard product was provided and the handbag which was told will be of adidas or rebock was the height of all, it was pained with logo a very cheap kind of bag.
Apart from that there were no holiday vouchers given and from that day their customer care no is coming contineously switched off. [protected].
