Eezeecart — wrongly taken money for free assured gift | |||
Dear Sir Eezeecart.com executive has contacted me on 18th jun'15 and said that you are selected for the deal of the day androide mobile combo. android mobile combo includes - androide mobile micromax 1pc, wallet1pc, goggles1pc, and watches 1pair. for Rs 7999 along with assured gift of HTC desire mobile. they dispatched product i found that mobile is locale arise brand in place of micromax. total product value approx Rs 4000. I contacted for website for free assured gift product on 3rd Jul15. their executive said that you need to verify your credit card payment on website. for that the said you put up earlier payment [protected]@eezeecart.com then click on payment. in such wrong way they guided to make payment of Rs 18999 with assurance that payment will not be taken. finally payment done to eezeecart.com. immediately i contacted customer care and requested for refund. since then they are making false commitment but not returning money.
