My fixed deposit number C 68431 with maturity value of Rs. 35, 645 matured for payment on 2 January 2015. The duly discharged deposit receipt was sent through Bajaj Capital on 22 December 2014. I have not received the proceeds yet. I am a retired person aged 62 in urgent need of funds. I have not been able to speak to the company representative as they do not respond to phone calls.
