[Resolved]  Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. — Non-Receipt of Maturity Amount of Fixed Deposit

Dear Sir, M/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Elder House, Plot No. C/9, Dalia Indl. Estate, Off. Veera Desai Road, Andheri(W), Mumbai, 400058; Phone[protected], Fax 26730051; e-mail: [protected]@elderindia.com have defaulted on re-payment of Fixed Deposits. Two of our Fixed Deposits; viz. FDR No N 64907 for Rs.100, 000 in the name of Manilal K Gada and FDR No. N 63720 for Rs.85, 000 in the name of Manjula M Gada; both matured on[protected]. Since then more than one month has passed but the company has so far not paid the maturity sum. They are also not responding to any of our e-mails or phone calls. Sir, we are both senior citizens and have no other source of income except income from our investment. Hence it is very difficult to survive. It is therefore requested that the company may be directed to immediately re-pay the maturity sum and interest for the delay period.
