Electrolux India — Holes developed due to rust in Microwave Oven.

I had purchased Electrolux microwave oven on 04 May 14 from star CJ. Now the product is completely useless due to development of holes in base due to rust. Here I am attaching the photographs of rusted portion and invoice for ready reference. I have given complaint to the Electrolux customer care. On response, they called from Bangalore customer care and confirmed that they only cater for fridge and washing machine and not the microwave oven. Now the product is completely useless due to faulty material use in manufacturing of the product. Please guide...the further steps to get it rectified.
