LG 21 inch CTV — rainbow video & bad service

In City like SHIMLA, very bad customer care after sales service. I
bought a LG Ctv more than one year back. Three week before there is rainbow colour apperance on screne and complaint has been lodged in local office. Till now its not solved and response from the LG has been very bad.
On calling LG customer service we have been given many complaint numbers and many names and numbers of their personnel in shimla and chandigarh but nothing is done.

After repeated complaints no one has attended to the problem the complaint details and no. are as follow C09A2401823 AND C09A2800399 one of the worst services ever.....................?

I sanjai kumar pandey buying the one ctv in month of dec 2010 after 15 days tv is dead and month of feb 2011 company chang my tv to new tv.
this month tv is dead i want sir this time on your behalf lg change my tv on other model like lcd.

I all ready call your customer relationship officer sobha pandey & sumit bajaj in this case but sobha is not proper respond me and sumit bajaj is not pikup my phone call...I want know you why.
So pls tell me what is next step...
I want this time change my CTV.
